If there is a fit, I send a written scope sketch – what I would propose to do, in what sequence, with what deliverables, and with what fixed price for the first phase.

A tailored proposal, high-level roadmap and initial view on potential start dates. Sprint engagements, embedded roles and larger programs are planned around availability, scope and fit with existing client commitments.
