Who we are

This website, hoegconsulting.dk, is operated by Andreas Sture Høeg (Høeg Consulting), an independent change management consultant and transformation advisor based in Denmark. Andreas Sture Høeg is the data controller for personal data processed through this site.

If you have any questions about this policy or about your personal data, you can reach us at:

What data we collect and why

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — such as which pages are viewed, approximate location, and the type of device and browser. Analytics only runs after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner; nothing is collected before that. IP addresses are anonymised, and we do not use analytics data to identify individuals. Google acts as our data processor, and data may be transferred to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Contact

If you contact us by email, phone, or through a contact form, we process the information you provide — such as your name, email address, company, and message — solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running reliably. This is part of normal website operation.

Cookies

Before you give consent, this site sets no analytics or marketing cookies. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage; if you decline, it does not. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time by declining the banner or clearing this site’s storage in your browser.

Legal basis

  • Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Handling your enquiry: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep your data

  • Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months and is then deleted automatically.
  • Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site — our hosting provider and, for analytics, Google — each acting on our instructions. We may disclose data where required to do so by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
